1. Create a new extension in Mango with voicemail disabled. DO NOT make it an Outdial®.
2. Give it a meaningful name like Orthodent - 105
3. Add the new extension into the ring group that will me receiving the calls
4. Setup the following values into Orthodent as shown below
5. The extension should appear as an active registration. The agent will show up as (Edge Phone Logger)

Flex Dental
Two Step process:
· Mango turns on Integrations in the PBX
· The Client (or Flex Rep.) creates the Flex ID
Mango
· Go into the PBX Settings, and Enable Integrations
The Client (or Flex Rep.)
· Login to Flex
· Click the Settings (Gear Icon)
· Click on the Server tab (6th from the left)
· Click on Mango Voice Beta
*Once created, the Flex ID appears
· Copy the Flex ID, and paste it into the Integration section of the Mango Voice Web Portal
Patient Xpress
1. Follow the steps at this link: Patient Express

1. Enable integrations under company PBX settings
2. Go to the Mango Voice dashboard
3. Click the “Plus Sign” next to “Extensions”
4. Click on “Lines”
5. Click on “New Extension Line”
6. Enable “OutDial® Extension”
7. Under “OutDial Options”, put in provided “Forwarding Number”
8. Go to “Ring Groups”
9. Add the new “OutDial® Extension” you created to the ring group you want the screen pop to take place in
Call Pop
1. Put webhook right before ring group in switch board
2. Have company notify Call Pop and have them put desired url in webhook
YAPI
1. Open YAPI Dashboard
2. Click the Wrench icon
3. Select the About option
4. Click on the Practice ID button in the lower left corner of the dialog box
5. Copy the Practice ID
6. Go to admin.mangovoice.com
7. Go to Integrations (bottom of dashboard column)
8. Click “Learn More” next to “YAPI”
9. Paste “Practice ID” in “YAPI ID” field in Mango Voice dashboard
10. Click the “Plus Sign” next to “Integrations” and then “Authorization”
11. Click on “Generate”
12. Copy Key and have customer send to Yapi to complete integrations
XLDent
1. Go to “Integrations” under the companies PBX
2. Click on “Learn More”
3. Click “Status” switch to “On” (upper right corner)
4. Under “Enable/Disable” toggle switch to “On” for all phones needed
5. Put computer IP Address in with possible port (ex. 192.168.1.4:456, all computers should already have a static IP Address. If not have their IT company get static IP addresses for them.
6. Click “Update” at the bottom of the screen
7. Power cycle phones
8. Verify Phones check in under “Devices” and register under “Registrations”
9. Generate “Authorization Key” and have it sent to XLDent
