Q&A
- What are the possible values for the Sentiment score?
- The score will range from -5 (negative) to 5 (positive). We use -1 and 1 as the cutoff between neutral and negative and positive, respectively when filtering phone calls by sentiment.
- How can I start receiving these events?
- The required Event Selector is still in beta and must be added manually by Mango. Please contact scarlson@mangovoice.com.
- Why am I not receiving these events?
- The PBX must have Mango AI and Call Recording enabled. For more information, please see Mango AI.
- It takes a few minutes after a call has ended before the summary is generated and sent.
