AI Features

Logging Calls to PMS

If you're not using a supported PMS, then call summaries and voicemail transcripts are not included.

  • Automatically log phone calls to and from patients directly into your PMS. This note will include details about the phone call, a summary of the call, and a link to the call in the Web App. See Logging Calls in your PMS.
  • Automatically log voicemails left by patients directly to their notes. This note will include details about the phone call, a link to the call, and the transcript of the voicemail.

Additional Features

Sync Patient Contacts

Your patient's phone numbers will sync with our Web App which allows us to do the following:

  • Override the Caller ID with the patient's name so you know exactly who's calling.
    • You can also include the patient's ID number so you can quickly look them up in your PMS.
  • Search for contacts by name or phone number in our Web App and quickly call, text, and fax them.
