Call_Usage_Report
Call Usage

The call usage report shows the past 31 days of calls on the PBX by default. Adjust the dates at the top and select update to refresh the report. Toggle the inbound, outbound, and internal calls on the report by clicking them.

Download a CSV by selecting the blue CSV button at the top left of the report.

Call Usage by Minute

The call usage by minute report shows the past 31 days of call minutes on the PBX by default. Adjust the dates at the top and select update to refresh the report. Toggle the inbound, outbound, and internal calls on the report by clicking them.

Download a CSV by selecting the blue CSV button at the top left of the report.

Call Volume - Daily

The call volume by day report shows the past 4 weeks of call volume on the PBX by default. Toggle the total number of calls and the average number of calls on the report by clicking them. Hover over the blue dots to view the date and it's call data. Hover over the blue dots along the red line to view the average call data.

To export the report, select the button in the top right.

Call Volume - Hourly

The call volume by hour report shows the total calls per hour for the last four weeks on the PBX by default. Clicking the total number of calls and the average number of calls on the report will show or hide them. Hover over the blue dots to view the date and it's call data. Hover over the blue dots along the red line to view the average call data.

To export the report, select the button in the top right.

Call Direction Comparison

The call direction comparison shows the breakdown of internal, inbound, and outbound calls over the last 4 weeks by default. Hover over a desired section of the report to view more information on the total call number. Click the chart and drag to move it.

Download a CSV by selecting the blue CSV button at the top left of the report.

Extension Comparison

The extension comparison shows both calls per extension and minutes per extension over the last 4 weeks by default. Hover over a desired section of the report to view total calls per extension and total minutes per extension. Click the chart and drag to move it.

Number Comparison

The number comparison shows numbers and usage for the numbers on the PBX over the last 4 weeks by default. Hover over the total calls and total minutes for a specific number. Click the chart and drag to move it.

Inbound Answer Rate

The inbound answer rate shows the ways call flows on the PBX ended over the last 4 weeks by default. Select a number from the phone number drop down to focus on a specific number's calls.
