How does it work?
The Practice ZEBRA Integration Caller ID Popup allows dental practices to see a patient's profile as calls are answered. Not only will dental practices see who is calling but the practice will also get essential patient information in one window such as family members, appointments, procedures, history of communication, and more. The Practice ZEBRA user must be logged in for this feature to work.
How do I set it up?

Contact Patient News to enable integrations in Practice ZEBRA

Go to the Mango administration portal: https://admin.mangovoice.com/

Go to Integrations, search for Practice Zebra and click on Learn More

Paste “Patient News Client ID” number into the Remote ID field. The client ID number can be copied from Practice ZEBRA, or the dental practice can contact their Account Manager for assistance.

Next, log in to Practice ZEBRA and go to Account Settings > User Management or go to Personal Settings.

Save the phone extension number for each Practice ZEBRA user who wants to receive the automatic Caller ID Popup feature.

Test the Caller ID Popup with a call to the front office to ensure it is integrated.
