Place a Queue in a Switchboard
A call queue needs to be linked to a number's switchboard. Follow these steps to place a queue in a switchboard.
- Select Switchboard from the left side menu
- Select the desired switchboard to place in the queue
- Select Queue from the top menu
- Drag the Queue into place
- Connect the Queue object to the call flow
- Select the desired queue from the drop-down menu.
