Place a Queue in a Switchboard

A call queue needs to be linked to a number's switchboard. Follow these steps to place a queue in a switchboard.

  • Select Switchboard from the left side menu
  • Select the desired switchboard to place in the queue
  • Select Queue from the top menu
  • Drag the Queue into place
  • Connect the Queue object to the call flow
  • Select the desired queue from the drop-down menu.
