Peerlogic Call Forwarding

How to forward calls from Peerlogic to Mango Voice.

  • Log in to your Peerlogic Account:

    • Open your web browser and navigate to the Peerlogic login page.
    • Enter your username and password to log in.
  • Access the Call Forwarding Settings:

    • Once logged in, go to the dashboard or main menu.
    • Look for a section labeled “Call Management” or “Call Settings.” This may also be labeled “Phone Numbers” or “Lines.”
  • Select the Phone Number:

    • Find the specific business phone number you want to forward.
    • Click on that phone number to access its settings.
  • Enable Call Forwarding:

    • Within the settings for that phone number, look for an option labeled “Call Forwarding” or “Forward Calls.”
    • Click to enable call forwarding if it is not already enabled.
  • Enter the Forwarding Number:

    • You will be prompted to enter the external number to which you want to forward the calls.
    • Enter the full phone number, including the area code.
  • Save Changes:

    • After entering the forwarding number, look for a “Save” or “Apply” button.
    • Click to save your changes.
  • Verify the Forwarding:

    • Make a test call to your business number to ensure that it forwards to the external number correctly.
  • Adjust Settings if Necessary:

    • If the forwarding does not work as expected, return to the call forwarding settings and verify that the correct number is entered.
    • Check for any additional settings that might affect call forwarding, such as time-of-day rules or conditional forwarding options.
  • Confirm with Support:

    • If you encounter any issues, consult the Peerlogic support documentation or contact their customer support for assistance.
