Paging Overview - Copied

Paging allows for a one-way broadcast to either an individual extension or group of extensions. You can create zones to page. You can also include paging adapters like our supported SNOM PA-1 and our Fanvil iW30.

To set up a paging group:

• Select the + button by extensions on the left side menu
• Select Ring Groups
  • Create a Ring Group or Manage a Ring Group
• Change the Ring Strategy to Paging Group
• Change Exclude when Busy to yes to not interrupt agents on calls.
• To page the group call the number you chose
  • For group 200, dial 200 and it will page all devices in that page group

Note: You do not need to enable Intercom on the PBX for paging to work.
