Why can't I log in?

If users are having difficulty logging in, users should verify that they have an active user and that their extension's mobility access is enabled. Contact Mango Voice Support to have an extension's mobility access enabled.

Why do I need to verify my device?

Mango Voice requires users to verify devices for security purposes as well as enabling future features such as transferring a call to the user's cellular network.

Why don't older calls I had in Mango show up in my Native Contacts?

The only way iOS knows about your call history is if the call came to your mobile phone with the app installed. It won't retroactively add calls from Mango voice into you Native call history
