Logging into Mango's Web App

The Web App speeds up work and unifies communication for the entire team. That's how Mango get's work done.

Where to Begin

Logging into Mango's Web App is extremely simple. To make things easier, the same email that you log into our admin.mangovoice.com website, and our mobile app is the very same email and password that you'll use to log into our web app! 

To get started...

  1. Go to https://app.mangovoice.com
  2. Login with your username and password (same as our admin site, as well as the mobile app)
    1. If you're not able to login, click on Forgot your password? and follow the steps to reset it. 
  3. After you login, if your user account has more than one extension assigned to it, you will  asked to choose an extension to represent you. 
    1. In order to switch extensions, you will have to log out, and then log back in and choose a different extension. 
  4. After you've selected your extension (if that didn't apply to you, this step was skipped automatically), you're in the the Web App!

How do I find out my username and password?

If you can't remember your password, click on 'Forgot your password?' and reset it that way. (You'll need to log into the www.admin.mangovoice.com)
