      In-Call Functionality

      When a Mango call is in progress it is possible to perform many of the functions that are present in a desk phone including all of the system feature codes. These are the currently supported functions:

      • Mute - This disables the microphone on the phone
      • Keypad - Allows numbers and characters (#,*) to input data into phone prompts
      • Switch Audio - Change audio input between speaker and phone
      • Transfer Call - Send call internally to an extension or externally to a cell phone
      • Park - Puts the call in a temporary parking lot and announces the parking number. If the announcement says 5901 this corresponds to P1.
      • Hold - Holds the call to be picked up later by the same extension. Should play configured hold music to the caller.
