Help CenterIntercom allows for two-way audio between two extensions. Enable or disable the intercom (auto-answer) functionality for internal calls (extension to extension) in PBX Settings.
One-time Intercom
If this functionality is not enabled, you can also perform a one-time intercom by dialing *8+(extension number).
How to use 2-way Intercom

Dial *8 and the extension example for extension 111 (*8111)

It will dial and connect to that extension without any other steps.
