How to Send Voicemail to Email

To send voicemail to email:

Note: Your account must have administrator access to set this up. 

Log into app.mangovoice.com

Select the Admin button on the bottom left corner of the page

Select Extensions

Select Lines

Select the extension you want to modify from the list (this is the extension where voicemails are left on your switchboard)

Example:

Scroll down the page to Voicemail

Change Send Email Notifications toggle to on

Set the Toggle to On for Attach Voicemail Message

Choose whether you want to delete or save voicemails once emailed. 

Enter the email address or addresses you want to receive the voicemails.

Click Save changes when finished to apply your changes.
