How Do I Export Logs From the Mobile App?

Logs help us get more insight as to what is going on in the background of a user's mobile app. 

To export logs from the mobile beta app, take the following steps:
  • Customer must first be logged in
  • Go to Settings (gear icon) at the bottom right of the screen
  • Select Telemetry (log icon) at the bottom of the settings menu
  • Export the logs by tapping the top right box with an arrow icon
  • Send logs to the email specified by the Mango Support Agent
