Hang Up



This object causes your Mango phone system to issue a hangup to the caller.

Use Cases

  • Use after an informational greeting to end the call such as "The weather for today...", "Area info..", "Resort events..." to end the call with the caller
  • Use hang up after a "Call back" prompt to clear callers out of a queue when it is determined they will not be answered


Q: Does this need to be the last object in every switchboard?

A: No, once a switchboard reaches its last object it will hang up the call automatically. 


  • Hang up will not wait for the caller to hang up
  • Hang up will take just a few moments (1-2 seconds) after the last object to hang up the call
