Giant Communications Call Forwarding

Try one of these two options:

  • Dial 72#
  • Tone Sounds.
  • Enter number to forward to.
  • If no answer, or busy, repeat.
  • Dial 73# to deactivate.
  • Two beeps sound.
  • Test

OR

  • Log in to the Giant Communications VoIP Portal:

    • Open your web browser and navigate to the Giant Communications VoIP portal login page.
    • Enter your username and password to log in.
  • Navigate to Call Forwarding Settings:

    • Once logged in, find the section or tab related to call settings or call management. This might be labeled as "Call Forwarding," "Call Routing," or similar.
  • Set Up Call Forwarding:

    • In the call forwarding section, look for an option to set up or manage call forwarding.
    • Select the option to forward all calls.
  • Enter the External Number:

    • You will be prompted to enter the external number to which you want all calls to be forwarded.
    • Enter the full phone number, including the area code, where you want to forward your calls.
  • Save or Apply Changes:

    • After entering the external number, save or apply the changes to activate call forwarding.
    • There might be an option to activate or deactivate call forwarding. Ensure that it is set to active.
  • Verify Call Forwarding:

    • To ensure that the call forwarding is set up correctly, you can make a test call to your business number and verify that it is forwarded to the external number you specified.
