How Mango Voice Feature Codes Work and When to Use Them.

Note: If you aren't using a Day/Night module on your switchboard, this feature code will not do anything.

|*20||Pause Call Recording||Pauses and resumes call recording during a call - is audible to both parties on the call.|

Dial *Number (30 to 39) Press Send or Call > Press 1 to change from open to closed or closed to open.
Note the number you dial (30 - 39) is found on the associated Day/Night Switchboard Module. If you aren't using a Day/Night module on your switchboard, this feature code will not do anything.

*The Star 120, 121, and 122 are primarily Hotel codes.
Disable Star Codes
To disable star codes from being intercepted by Mango Voice and allow them to be passed to caller, simply:
- Dial the 800 number you're calling and follow the prompts.
- When asked to put in the ID number with alpha character, dial the *9 ie. *9 (ID digits + *alpha code)
Eavesdrop (listen in on an ongoing call)
- Dial *88(ext#)
- dial 1 to talk to caller
- dial 2 to talk to agent
- dial 3 to talk to both agent and caller
