How to forward calls from Cyrtacom
- Log into secure.cytracom.net.
- Click on PBX.
- Click on Phone Numbers and select Call Forwards
- Enter temporary number
- Go back to Phone Numbers and for each number you want to forward, do the following
- Click the Edit button
- Scroll down to Standard Routing
- Instead of Default, select Forward and select the temporary number.
- Save
