Change Voicemail Password in the Admin Portal

Note: A user must have an Administrator or higher role and permission to edit extensions and change voicemail passwords.

• Login to app.mangovoice.com as an Admin user
• Select Admin from the bottom left corner of the page
  

• Select the Extensions
  

• Select Lines (if you are editing a Shared Voicemail inbox you would select that header instead)
  

• Select the extension you want to edit the password for
  

• Scroll to the bottom for Voicemail (For shared voicemail, it will be under General Options)

• Enter a new Voicemail Password into the box
  

• Select Save Changes (Or Update Shared Voicemail)
