Change Voicemail Password in the Admin Portal

Note: A user must have an Administrator or higher role and permission to edit extensions and change voicemail passwords.

• Select the + next to Extensions

  • 

• Select Lines

  • 

• Select the voicemail password extension to edit 

• Enter a new Voicemail Box Password into the box

  • 

• Select Update Extension
