Call Coaching allows you to listen, coach, and intervene to any or all parties involved.

  • Dialing *88 with the extension:
    • *88101 (ext 101)
  • Will allow for you to listen on the call
  • Dialing 1 will let you talk to the customers side
  • Dialing 2 will let you talk to the Agents side
  • Dialing 3 will let you talk with both parties
  • You can switch between these options without limitations
