Settings -> Numbers -> Call Override (on the left)

  • Log in to the Adit VoIP Portal:

    • Open your web browser and navigate to the Adit VoIP portal login page.
    • Enter your username and password to log in.
  • Access the Call Forwarding Settings:

    • Once logged in, locate the settings menu. This is often found under "Account Settings" or "Call Settings."
    • Look for an option related to "Call Forwarding" or "Call Handling."
  • Configure Call Forwarding:

    • In the Call Forwarding section, you should see options to add or edit forwarding rules.
    • Choose the option to forward all calls.
    • Enter the external number to which you want all calls forwarded. Make sure to include the appropriate country and area codes if necessary.
  • Set Additional Preferences (if available):

    • Some platforms allow you to set conditions or schedules for call forwarding (e.g., only forward calls during certain hours).
    • Review these options and set them according to your business needs.
  • Save and Activate:

    • After entering the forwarding number and any additional preferences, make sure to save your changes.
    • There may be an option to activate or enable the call forwarding rule. Ensure this is turned on.
  • Test the Call Forwarding:

    • To ensure the forwarding is working correctly, call your business number from a different line and verify that the call is forwarded to the external number you specified.
  • Contact Adit Support (if needed):

    • If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, contact Adit's customer support. They can provide specific guidance tailored to their platform and address any questions you may have.
